You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.  
Returns are accepted only for non-defective items.  

- If you wish to return an item, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.  
- Once the returned item is received and verified, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.  
- Exchange options are also available — contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size or product.  

Please ensure the item is in its original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
